Harvard : Africa Development Conference 2025 gathers the continent’s changemakers

Prof. Kingsley Moghalu, President of the African School of Governance (ASG), will deliver the keynote at the 2025 Africa Development Conference (ADC), the flagship event organized by students of Harvard Kennedy and Law Schools, themed “Africa by 2040: The Future of Africa’s Youth.”
The conference continues Harvard’s historic ties with Africa, notably through the Center for African Studies—a hub for African-focused scholarship and exchange—and shaped by notable figures like Ellen Johnson Sirleaf, Achille Mbembe, Ngozi Okonjo-Iweala, and Tomi Adeyemi.
Joining Prof. Moghalu are leading voices including Abdou Souleye Diop (Forviz Mazars), Adegoke Olubusi (Helium Health), Amb. Dr. Namira Negm (OAM), Hon. George Opare Addo (Ghana government), and Amb. Frédéric Gateretse-Ngoga (AU).
