Green hydrogen : export revenues are expected to reach $110 billion in 2050 in North Africa

According to a report by the auditing and consulting firm Deloitte, North Africa could reap $110 billion in revenue by 2050 from the export of green hydrogen. The document also specifies that four regions of the world should together represent approximately 45% of the production and 90% of the international trade of this low-carbon fuel in 2050. North Africa is in the lead (44 million tonnes), America North (24 million tonnes) follows, ahead of Australia (16 million) and the Middle East (13 million).
