FSD Africa Investments has committed $13M to the ACT Fund, managed by ARM-Harith, to unlock local capital for climate-related infrastructure in Nigeria. With 75% of funding in local currency, the deal eases pension fund participation while supporting clean energy, transport, water, and digital infrastructure.
