Ghana Recapitalization of the Agricultural Development Bank up to $ 22.35 million

The Agricultural Development Bank (ADB) in Ghana has received authorization to issue more than 39 million common shares to the Ghana Amalgamated Trust (GAT) to raise 127 million Ghanaian cedis ($ 22.35 million) , according to information relayed by Commdafrica. The Bank said in a statement that the move was in line with the recapitalization of $ 70.4 million (400 million cedis) requested from the Bank by the Bank of Ghana in December 2018.
