Ghana has launched the “One Million Coders” initiative, backed by a $50 million budget, to train citizens in digital skills like coding, cybersecurity, and data. Championed by President John Dramani Mahama, the project aims to curb unemployment and position Ghana as a tech hub in West Africa.
