The Moroccan group Addoha wants to launch real estate projects in Ghana, announced, on January 24, 2020 in Accra, its CEO, Anas Sefrioui. The group’s investment in Ghana is expected to amount to 3 MM (100 M euros) dirhams, according to information made public on its official website.
