Ghana : AfDB and Invest in Africa launch MicroGREEN project to create green jobs

The African Development Bank (AfDB) and Invest in Africa have jointly launched the MicroGREEN project in Accra, Ghana. This project aims to create up to 500 green jobs while enhancing entrepreneurial skills among youth, especially women and persons with disabilities, in the natural resources sectors in Ghana and Senegal. The program receives a $1 million funding from AfDB over two years. The goal is to promote inclusive and sustainable growth, in line with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
