Tema Oil Refinery (TOR) is struggling to operate at full capacity due to aging infrastructure. According to Dr. Yussif Sulemana, a $25 million investment is needed to modernize the facilities and reduce reliance on fuel imports. Seven companies have shown interest in funding the refinery’s upgrade.
