Gabon 5.2 million euros in the construction of social houses

After a two-week visit to the United States of Jules-Franck Moulomba, a Gabonese real estate developer and manager of Gedd’Afrik Gabon whereby he met his American CEMS International consortium partners, the latter announced an investment of 5.2 million euros for the construction of 650 social houses in Okolassi, Libreville.

On 27 August 2016, the two parties signed an agreement for the construction of 50,000 socio-economic houses in Gabon over a period of 10 years. But the first delivery of houses to Okolassi has been delayed; fortunately the mobilization of these new funds should allow to resume the construction work in the site.
