The French president begins a new African tour on July 25 in Cameroon, Benin and Guinea-Bissau. A tour intended to « »keep the thread of the renewal of France’s relationship with its African partners » according to the Elysée Palace. He will be accompanied by the Ministers of Foreign Affairs, the Armed Forces and External Relations as well as the Secretary of State development officer.
