The FIFA Forward program has allocated over $1.2 billion to African football development since 2016, funding 201 infrastructure projects including stadiums, technical centers, pitches, and multifunctional facilities.
The initiative combines material investments, local capacity building, and inclusion policies, promoting training, job creation, and women’s football, while enforcing good governance and transparency.
