Financial Transparency : Burkina Faso, Mozambique, Nigeria, and South Africa Removed from FATF Grey List

On October 24, 2025, during its final plenary of the year, the Financial Action Task Force (FATF) removed Burkina Faso, Mozambique, Nigeria, and South Africa from its “grey list,” which monitors countries with strategic deficiencies in anti-money laundering, counter-terrorism financing, and proliferation financing.
