Ethiopian Investment Holdings (EIH) has inked a landmark agreement with a US private equity fund to build a five-star hotel in Addis Ababa. Announced at the 17th US‑Africa Business Summit in Luanda (June 22–25, 2025), the development is part of a broader strategy to boost FDI ahead of Ethiopia’s July 2025 AfCFTA rollout.
