Ethiopia : Addis will host first 1000 African Youth Summit on Food Systems and Agroecology 2024

The Alliance for Food Sovereignty in Africa (AFSA), through its Youth Platform, decided to hold the first Thousand African Youth Summit on Food Systems and Agroecology 2024 in Ethiopia, Addis Ababa.

The summit is expected to bring together over 1000 African Youth, 20 from each country, to discuss solutions to the challenges facing Food systems in Africa, according to the Ethiopian Ministry of Planning and Development.

Thousand African Youth Summit was launched today 10th December 2023 at the Ethiopian Green Legacy building at the sidelines of COP28.
