Egypt : Transmar and Transcargo International sold for 140 million euros
Transmar and Transcargo International, two shipping and terminal operating companies based in Egypt, have been sold for a total amount of €140 million. The announcement was made on September 14 by Abu Dhabi Ports (AD Ports Group), which said it had finalized the acquisition of a 70% stake in the two companies.
