Egypt : Orange signed agreements worth $296.6 million with Telecom Egypt to expand network

Orange Egypt has signed agreements worth 15 billion EGP ($296.6 million) with Telecom Egypt to extend services until 2032. The deal includes fiber-optic interconnection for over 1,000 sites and 5G preparations. With 30.19 million subscribers, Orange aims to enhance its competitiveness in Egypt’s telecom market, where Vodafone and e& lead in market share.
