Egypt : NILESAT and RASCOM sign $25M MoU to boost satellite innovation in Africa and the Middle East

On April 30, 2025, Egypt’s NILESAT and pan-African RASCOM signed a $25 million MoU and marketing contract to collaborate on satellite technology, training, research, and infrastructure sharing. The deal aims to expand space-based services and foster innovation, capacity building, and regional integration in the satellite sector across Africa and the Middle East.
