DR Congo : Kinshasa to host first Global Music & Tourism Festival for Peace

Kinshasa will host the first-ever Global Music and Tourism Festival, supported by UN Tourism. From September 19–21, 2025, the event will celebrate Congolese rumba and explore how music can foster peace, cultural identity, and local development. Backed by partners such as UNESCO, Sony Music, and Sound Diplomacy, the festival will gather artists, officials, and cultural leaders from across continents.
