On November 18, 2025, Togo and Mozambique signed a memorandum of understanding during Mozambique’s International Cybersecurity Week to protect critical infrastructure, share expertise, and coordinate incident response. Signed by Commander Gbota Gwaliba (Togo) and Prof. Lourino Chemane (Mozambique), the agreement supports a long-term strategy focused on training, innovation, and digital governance.
