On November 14, 2023, the Ivory Coast Treasury raised FCFA 41.185 billion ($66 million) on the financial market of the West African Monetary Union (UMOA) as part of its simultaneous auction of assimilable treasury bills to cover the financing needs of the Ivory Coast government budget.
