On 11 February 2026 in Gombe, Nigeria, the Tunisia Consortium for African Development (TUCAD) of the Tunisia Africa Business Council (TABC) signed a memorandum of understanding with the Gombe State Government on water and energy cooperation. The pact aims to strengthen local infrastructure and encourage Tunisian investment in water technology and energy solutions as part of broader South‑South partnership efforts.
