The “yes” to the new Constitution in Tunisia won by a large majority, from “92 to 93%”, according to the Sigma Conseil institute, on the basis of an exit poll. The turnout is 27.5%, according to the provisional official figure. The opposition had called for a boycott. The Isie electoral body announced a provisional turnout of 27.5%.
