On September 19, 2025, in Brazzaville, the African Development Bank Group and the Republic of Congo signed a memorandum of understanding for the organization of the 2026 Annual Meetings, scheduled for May 25-29, 2026. Vincent Nmehielle and Minister Ludovic Ngatsé formalized the preparatory aide-memoire. Over 3,000 participants are expected, within Congo’s active AfDB portfolio of about $223.3M.
