Cape Verde : Emmanuel Macron and José Maria Neves meet at the Élysée to strengthen bilateral ties

On 30 January 2026, Cape Verdean President José Maria Neves will meet French President Emmanuel Macron at the Élysée Palace. 

Discussions will focus on strengthening bilateral ties, including economic, cultural, and development cooperation, as well as collaboration in international forums and with the Cape Verdean diaspora.
