Portuguese public bank Caixa Geral de Depósitos (CGD) completed the sale of its 59.81% stake in Banco Comercial do Atlântico (BCA) to Coris Group. Approved by Portugal’s Council of Ministers and Cape Verde’s state via Banco de Cabo Verde, the transaction marks a strategic shift for BCA, strengthening its growth under new private management.
