Cameroon: Paris unblocks CFAF 161 million for the mobilization of volunteers

France, through the Debt Reduction and Development Contract (C2D), has allocated an envelope of CFAF 161.1 million to the Franco-Cameroon Volunteer Skills Platform (PCFCV). The partnership, which runs until the end of 2021 , aims to enable the mobilization of Franco-Cameroonian volunteers to propose C2D programs, forms of expertise and volunteers of different types that can be mobilized, individually or in pairs, in order to strengthen the implementation and the impact of the cancellation and conversion programs of Cameroon’s debt vis-à-vis the Hexagon into development projects.
