The IMF has approved $118.6 million in funding for Cameroon to support its balance of payments, rebuild CEMAC’s foreign exchange reserves, and drive economic reforms. In return, the country must enhance governance and improve resource mobilization. This support falls under the ECF, EFF, and RSF agreements.
