Cameroon: API generates 1,000 billion CFAF in private investment in 5 years
The evaluation in Cameroon of 100 approved companies supported by the Investment Promotion Agency (API) has shown that they have generated an investment volume of approximately FCFA 987 billion and created 12,050 direct jobs, between 2014 and 2019.
CEO of the API, Marthe Angeline Mindja, who disclosed this information on February 23, said her structure has also facilitated the signing of 302 agreements with private sector companies for a projected investment of 5474 billion CFA francs and 110,000 direct jobs.
