Burkina Faso : SN-BRAFASO restarts after 17 years thanks to an investment of over 28 M USD

SN-BRAFASO resumes operations after seventeen years, supported by a rehabilitation program worth over 17 billion FCFA, or more than 28 million USD. With the State holding 70 % of the capital, the upgraded plant targets 600,000 hectolitres per year and will rely on local crops such as maize, sorghum and rice. The project is expected to generate thousands of jobs and strengthen Burkina Faso’s position in a key beverage market.
