Burkina Faso : Coris Investment Group completes acquisition of TotalEnergies operations

Coris Investment Group (CIG), a pan-African conglomerate founded in 2019 by Idrissa Nassa, has completed the acquisition of TotalEnergies’ operations in Burkina Faso. The deal was signed in Dakar by Yacouba Saré (CIG) and Jean-Philippe Torres (Total Marketing Services Africa). Moving beyond finance and insurance, CIG now expands into energy, underscoring regional economic sovereignty and social continuity through job preservation.
