Burkina Faso plans to mobilize CFA 36,190bn, around $60.3bn, to implement its 2026–2030 National Development Plan reviewed on December 31, 2025 by the Steering and Oversight Committee. Investment spending amounts to CFA 12,379bn ($20.6bn). The plan will be financed up to 64% through domestic resources, under the leadership of Prime Minister Jean Emmanuel Ouédraogo, ahead of submission to the cabinet and parliament.
