The Restitution Afrique (RAF) collective, led by Jean-Jacques Lumumba, and 11 NGOs from five African countries have filed a lawsuit against Bolloré SE in France. They demand the return of $2.5 billion allegedly linked to illicit port activities in Togo, Guinea, Ghana, Cameroon, and Côte d’Ivoire.
