“This festival was created to promote Beninese and African culture, » say the organizers. As culture and art are at the service of tourism in Benin, the FInAB will be an additional focal point for the country’s development. Through this national event, we hope to attract a wider public (art and culture lovers, art professionals, artists, the diaspora, summer visitors and others).”

The Benin International Arts Festival (FInAB) and its art market called « TOKP’ART », inspired by the « TOKPA » market, the largest market in West Africa, is an initiative of the EMPIRE GROUP, which will bring together every two years in February the works of about a hundred Beninese and international artists/groups, all disciplines included, selected from numerous applications from several countries.

FInAB also brings together cultural operators, programmers, show buyers, partners, tourists and others from different countries. In addition to the many talented artists from different backgrounds, each edition of FInAB will spotlight an African country. The first country to be invited for this edition is Morocco. This invitation aims to develop a rapprochement between the two countries and their cultures.

The Benin International Arts Festival (FInAB) is open to all. Its main target groups are lovers of art and culture, artists, cultural operators from Benin, Africa and the world, the Beninese population, tourists and television audiences.
