Benin and France have sealed a major partnership with €60 million in funding (36 billion CFA francs) dedicated to culture. This support aims to strengthen cultural governance, professionalize creative industries, and enhance access to cultural works. Since 2016, Benin has launched numerous initiatives, such as the restitution of royal treasures and the creation of iconic museums, positioning culture as a key driver of its development.
