BEM Securities : successful closing of EOG multi-tranches 2024-2030 bond issue, $130 million raised

Building Emerging Markets Securities (BEMS), a brokerage and financial structuring firm, has successfully closed the EOG Multi-Tranches 2024-2030 bond issue, raising 80.07 billion FCFA ($130 million), surpassing expectations. The funds will support infrastructure projects and debt restructuring, strengthening Central Africa’s financial market. The bonds, listed on BVMAC, are tax-exempt within the CEMAC zone.
