Angola: Probable sale of Sonangol’s shares in China International Holding, in 2021

According to the ongoing Angola Privatization Program (Propriv), the process of selling the oil company (Sonangol) stake in China Sonangol International Holding (CSIH) could begin this year. Note that CSIH, created in 2004 and based in Hong Kong since September 6, 2012, is 70% owned by Dayuan International Development Ltd, and a minority stake of 30% for Sonangol.
