Leaders from the 27 EU member states and 55 AU countries will meet in Luanda on 24‑25 November 2025 to discuss peace, security, economic integration, green transition, digital transformation, and human development. Co‑chaired by João Lourenço and António Costa, and attended by Ursula von der Leyen, the summit aims to strengthen Africa‑Europe cooperation.
