Algeria has announced the mobilization of USD 1 billion to fund African startups through the African Startup and Young Innovators Fund, launched in September 2025 under President Abdelmadjid Tebboune. The initiative aims to boost innovation, entrepreneurship, and job creation across Africa, confirmed the Minister of Foreign Trade. This fund is a strategic support to strengthen the continent’s young business ecosystem.
