Algeria : Sonatrach and Equinor sign protocol on GHG emission reduction

Sonatrach and Equinor have signed a protocol to cooperate on managing GHG emissions in Algeria. The agreement aims to reduce emissions, explore sustainable energy solutions, and study CO2 capture and storage in In Salah and In Amenas. Equinor partners with Sonatrach on the gas fields of In Amenas and In Salah.
