On September 5, the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency (AAPI) announced it has registered more than 16,000 projects since November 2022, including 300 involving foreign investors from 40 countries, according to Imane Toumi. Speaking at IATF 2025 in Algiers, the agency stressed these results reflect reforms to ease procedures, attract investors, and enhance Algeria’s role as a hub for African trade and investment.
