Turkish group Hayat DHC is investing $100M (DZD 13.4B) in a jumbo paper roll plant in Relizane with 70,000 t annual capacity, including tissues (24,275 t) and hygiene paper (20,000 t). The project was officially launched Tuesday following talks with the Algerian Investment Promotion Agency and is expected to create nearly 1,000 direct jobs according to AAPI.
