Algeria’s foreign exchange reserves reached nearly $85 billion at the end of August 2023 compared to $60.9 billion at the end of December 2022. This figure represents an increase of nearly $20 billion in less than six months. The Algerian Central Bank announced that the country’s foreign exchange reserves had reached 66.63 billion dollars as of March 31.
