A €100M trade deal was signed on September 6, 2025, in Algiers between Elsewedy Electric Algeria and Sogelux, on the sidelines of IATF 2025. The agreement covers five years of electrical equipment exports to Côte d’Ivoire, averaging €20M annually. The signing, attended by AAPI and CREA officials, was hailed as a boost for intra-African trade and a showcase of Algerian industrial competitiveness.
