Africa’s largest research and development center is set to open soon in Algeria, announced Sid Ali Zerrouki, Minister of Post and Telecommunications, on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 in Algiers. The center will foster technological innovation, support young researchers and start-ups, and establish partnerships with global tech leaders. Backed by Algeria Venture and ministries of Digital Economy and Trade, the initiative will strengthen the national economy and the AI ecosystem.
