Mohamed Tarek Belaribi, Minister of Habitat, announced the imminent launch of the AADL 3 projects, aiming to build 140,000 homes. Starting in 2025, these projects will exclusively use locally produced construction materials, in line with the 2024 presidential decision to halt imports. A $35 million fund has been allocated for urban humanization. This initiative aligns with the country’s national urban development strategy.
