« 60% of the hydrocarbon potential in Algeria is under-exploited or outright non-exploited and needs to be developed, » said the president of the Algerian National Agency for the Development of Hydrocarbon Resources (Alnaft), Nour Eddine Daoudi, quoted in a statement from the agency relayed by the APS agency.
