Algerian Finance Minister Laaziz Faid announced a projected 4.5% economic growth rate for 2025 during the presentation of the draft budget to the National People’s Assembly. The industrial and agricultural sectors are expected to grow by 6.2% and 4.4%, respectively, while the hydrocarbons sector is forecast to expand by 2.4%. Total expenditures for 2025 are estimated at $126 billion, with revenues expected to rise by 3.5%.
