Alain Konian Kodjo, New Digital Africa’s new Group Managing Director in charge of projects and operations

New Digital Africa, a pan-African technology group based in Côte d’Ivoire, has announced the appointment of Alain Konian Kodjo as Group Managing Director in charge of projects and operations. This appointment comes after more than twenty years of professional experience in business development in various technology companies in Europe and Africa. Read more.

An African group operating in various sectors of Information & Communication Technologies in the West and Central African region, New Digital Africa recently announced the appointment of Alain Konian Kodjo as Group Managing Director in charge of projects and operations. 

Under the supervision of Group CEO Ange Diagou, Alain Konian Kodjo is to strengthen the Group’s General Management team consisting of Mélanie Frigon Duchaine epse Dao, Group Managing Director in charge of finance and investments.

« The new Group General Management in charge of projects and operations will be responsible for steering all strategic projects and technological partnerships, developing innovative service offers, achieving turnover targets, respecting the quality of services delivered and the commitments contracted with the Group’s customers, » the group said in a statement. 

« His recruitment reflects our desire to strengthen the governance of New Digital Africa in order to achieve our strategic objectives by 2027, and to accelerate the implementation of our regional expansion plan in French-speaking Africa »

This appointment comes after more than twenty years of professional experience in business development in various technology companies in Europe and Africa. Alain Konian Kodjo previously held management positions from 2013 to 2022 in Africa, the last three years of which were spent developing Pxagility’s African subsidiary, which has now become the leading African audiovisual hub in the UEMOA & CEMAC zone, and a key player in the digital transformation of the audiovisual market in Côte d’Ivoire.

His French experience was almost exclusively within the Marketing and Strategy departments of Bouygues Telecom. This experience allowed him to evolve in both the B2B and B2C worlds and he developed his sense of organisation management and business model optimisation in the technological world. « We welcome Alain Konian Kodjo and wish him every success in his new position within our group, » said Ange Diagou, Chairman and CEO of the Group.
