Air transport : Casablanca–Saint Petersburg, first direct route launched
On 21 January 2026, Royal Air Maroc inaugurated a new nonstop air route linking Casablanca to Saint Petersburg, marking a strategic expansion of its international network.
Operated three times a week, the service strengthens tourism, business and cultural ties between Morocco and Russia and reinforces Casablanca’s role as a regional hub.
