Air : Royal Air Maroc opens first direct Africa–Pacific Coast route to Los Angeles

Royal Air Maroc will launch a direct Casablanca–Los Angeles flight, the first nonstop connection between Africa and the U.S. Pacific Coast, operated three times weekly on a Boeing 787 Dreamliner. The 12-hour route targets tourists, business travelers, and African diasporas, strengthening Casablanca’s hub ahead of the 2026 FIFA World Cup and enhancing Africa’s visibility in the U.S. market.
